Hi, for those of you who use isopure protein powder...which web site or store

do you purchase it from ? Also, do you buy the regular or the zero carb

powder? Thanks, Beth

Oh, and which flavor would you recommend?

Beth: I LOVE the Isopure powder.. it's really light and can be mixed easily

(just using a FORk - no blender needed) with water!!!! I have it whenever I

don't want to really fill up on liquids (like a shake - which I usually mix

with milk and it's thick).... I got it online but can't remember the

website... I'll try to find it and I'll post it if I do...

I recommend the STrawberry (haven't tried the other brands)

all the best,

go to vita4life on the web. They sell a pre-digested protein for

malabsorbers, taste like crap, but so does all the other protein

powders.
