Ethel's Sugar cookies 3/4 cup GFCF margarine 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp gfcf vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups GFCF flour blend ( 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup potato starch, 1/3 cup tapioca starch. I just use 3 cups of the Bette mix from miss robens) 1 1/2 tsp xanthum gum 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Mix margarine, sugar , eggs, and flavoring thoroughly. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and xanthum gum together. Blend in. chill at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 roll & cut cookies on a GFCF floured surface and bake 6-8 minutes.
