Guest guest
I like to be prepared. Thus, I thought I would ask experienced Dr. H goers what they think would be best for being prepared to our first appointment coming up on the 21st. I have two file folders each containing medical records for Ian. They are separately categorized for easy access. Birth, Surgery, Nutrition, Speech Therapy, Hospital, Pediatric, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genetics, Growth Charts, Laboratory, and Radiology. I also have pictures of Ian as a baby. I e-mailed the growth chart info Dr. H requires be completed prior to the appointment. Other than that, is there anything else that may be helpful to bring with? I figured a list of questions might be appropriate as well. But, does she like lists of any kind - such as lab work i.e., how many elevated AST's, etc? I'm not nervous at all, I just like to use her time as efficiently as possible so she's able to move on to her next appointment. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. - H
