well I made a pie tonight-pecan-filling is good but the pie had to bake 50

minutes to set-so the crust is more like a rock than light or flaky. Soooo how

do you bake a regular pie in a gf crust????? Helpppp to any one who has done

this with success. I guess I will just tape a warning on the pie I just made and

pray the next ones turn out better{with a little help from my friends

here?-Hint_} Thanks

PS Happy Thanksgiving everyone-I wont expect to see much email tomorrow cause I

know where we all are-IN THE KITCHEN- BUT i WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. Gfcf

is one of my many reasons to be thankfull.
