Guest guest
Kaci, I have a bill here from the U of I for $162.00 that is just an office visit with Dr. Ponseti. No casting or anything else at that visit. Hope that helps. Tabitha nokitty00 wrote: My husband and I have decided to try to see Dr. Ponseti for an opinion of 's feet. We are hoping this will be a visit only and that he will tell us everything is ok, but we wouldn't be surprised if needs treatment. Does anyone know the cost of a visit only? and approximate treatment cost? We aren't sure we want to involve insurance since it will probably be a fight to get them to cover anything. Guest guest
Unfortunately, I can't locate my bill for the exact amount, but we went to Dr. Ponseti for an opinion only. The visit was in the mid to high $200. If I find my bill, I will send you the exact amount if no one else replies! 11/19/04 BCF nokitty00 wrote: My husband and I have decided to try to see Dr. Ponseti for an opinion of 's feet. Guest guest
I should have looked harder! It was in the file behind the ortho. paperwork. Dr. Ponseti's office visit charge was $208, so I was a little off. This is all we had done, so I can't help with the casting or other info. Guest guest
I'd expect Tabitha's lower bill is for a follow-up visit while your higher one is for an initial consultation. Guest guest
That appt. was a follow up. Will look for the first bill, but we had casting on it. I think it broke the bill out. I will see. Guest guest
Kaci, Our total bill for Dr. Ponseti's visit, including the hospital bill (250.00 for the use of the room!) and a casting was over $1000.00. We just had a visit with a casting. Insurance paid most of it. We do have a deductible to meet. Definitely call and ask, though. Carol Cost of visit/treatment?
