Hey again,

I had posted about the Teddy Puffs cereal/snack for toddlers that I had

purchased at the Wild Oats. Someone had responded by asking if calcium

carbonate was on the NO list. I checked my book, and it said

carbonates were OK. Also, on the ingredient list, it says that calcium

carbonate is " natural calcium " . Here is their website- www.healthytimes.com

Check it out. These little cereals were similar to Cheerios in blandness,

texture, and taste. They are not circles, but are cute little teddy bear faces.

My 14 month old likes them.

Anyway, no one else seems to use them on the list. That's fine. I'll continue

to get them for my little toddler. I was just wanting to share what I had

found.

Trina,

Actually, I think I saw Teddy Puffs at the Whole Foods Market

yesterday. But, I chose the 99 cent puffed rice being that I had

about $30 in hotdogs in my basket. Fortunately, my kids are happier

with muffins-have to be baby muffins, though (-:, so I can save a bit

in the boxed cereal department. ANy little bit helps. Especially when

that Visa bill comes rolling in with Kirkman's on every other line....
