Hi ya all, I've been trying to keep up with the posts, seems like everyone is in some kind of flare, including me?? I've notice new lymph nodes, swollen popping up, new lesions, etc... But the book sounds great, I might look into that myself.

And I hope you all start feeling better soon. I'm sorry you had to increases your steroids, I know that is not fun, I will keep everyone in my prayers. Marla
