Guest guest
Before the DS I loved hot, spicy foods. But the burning after the bm was often a bigger problem than the joy from the food. I was worried that I never would be able to eat hot foods again. Well last week I took a shot and loaded a omelet with tabasco sauce. To my delight no burning after the bm. Does anyone know why this might be? Since that day I have spiced up every meal with the same results. Regards,
