Hot and spicy foods

Before the DS I loved hot, spicy foods. But the burning after the bm

was often a bigger problem than the joy from the food. I was worried

that I never would be able to eat hot foods again. Well last week I

took a shot and loaded a omelet with tabasco sauce. To my delight no

burning after the bm. Does anyone know why this might be? Since that

day I have spiced up every meal with the same results.

dont get it....I am going through tobasco sauce like its water.....I like salsa

but I know its all carb so I cheat I go and load salsa on a small tortilla and

then add a ton of cheese and that is my favorite snack I know I know quite a

bit of carbs but I crave the heat in the salsa *shrugs* go figure....
