Guest guest
If you have your surgery next summer then a year from now you will be eating a Thanksgiving dinner and christmas dinner with great glee......you will have wonderful satiety, perhaps felt for the first time in your life. You will get a chance to nibble on just about anything you want to eat and tolerate it well. You might find out you no longer like the foods you like now. Weird but I loved ice cream pre opt and a year later, detest it and still do! Your weight will fall off effortlessly.....you will have tons of energy you never thought you would ever have. You will get by on much less sleep and feel so energized by the time you are 3-4 months out..... But you will still probably have to " put a sock in it " as your mom now says LOL (just kiddin) Hugs, Judie
