Guest guest
Hi Brigitte, Ya know, I was wondering about the teeth grinding myself. Dasia doesn't do it as much anymore, but does sometimes, and I don't know if telling her no is effective, or if it may cause her to do it more, for the attention. Also, I've heard you're sopposed to save " no " for big issues, electrical outlets, playing in the toilet!, so that NO keeps it's effectiveness. The grinding did bother me enough, that I would tell her no, and put my finger on her lips, but I am no expert on teeth grinding, and would wonder if it's better to ignore it? I wish I had better advice for you, and also for the teeth brushing! We just muscle through a quick brush, she's always mad, but it has to be done, so I just keep it short, about 10 seconds. brigitteforeman wrote: Hi Everyone I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same trouble as we are, Bobbi is 19 months and I have tried for ages but to no avail to brush her teeth. I have tried normal baby toothbrush/toothpaste, a finger toothbrush and spiffies dental wipes, but she won't let me anywhere near her teeth, and she has nearly a full set, she also grinds her teeth, I am so worried and don't know what else to try, has anyone got any suggestions or advice please! Guest guest
You know, Jonah use to grind his teeth and I found ignoring was the best answer. It seems to have stopped unless he has teeth coming in. Re: teeth grinding, brushing teeth > Hi Brigitte, > Ya know, I was wondering about the teeth grinding myself.
