Guest guest Posted December 1, 2001 Report Share Posted December 1, 2001 OK.. I'm getting upset here.. I'm on my second plateau in as many months.. but this one has lasted 2 weeks thus far. I've cut back on carbs and cut out sweets, been concentrating on protein and some veggies, since I guess I blew my first 6 months(ate too many carbs) .. I'm very thanksful for the -90 lbs, but I'm getting paranoid that I'm finished.. I'm also paranoid because I've been craving stuff like ice cream and chocolate, which until very recently I could take or leave- it was good, but not interesting. I do drink quite a bit of water, a minimum of 2 quarts a day, usually more.. I'm wondering if I might be stuck because I was at 310 for several years previously (there was talk of our bodies staying at old " preset " weights longer than usual)? I know, I'm whining over nothing really.. but for some reason this plateau is bothering me more than the other one did. I prolly just need a swift kick.. TIA..
