Hi- I also have a hernia that has grown. I was told by 2 Dr.s to lose all my

weight first because the mesh they put in to keep the hernia in can move if

you lose weight. Also I have been told not to have surgery if possible for

at least a year after DS. I too am looking to have both hernia and tummy tuck

surgery. I feel that the weight from the excess skin really makes the

hernia grow bigger. I hope this helps. Elen(Pam
