Guest guest
Sue... I am in the same boat you aer with my autistic son... he to this point has only eaten gluten and casein filled things... Im beginning our implementation ofthe diet by adding good thigns to his diet... this envolves force feeding him until he tolerates the new additions. the gfcfdiet.com website has in incredible list of gfcf foods that I am also implementing... for instance replacing his gluten filled hot dogs with a brand that is safe... one thing at a time... one step at a time. I hope by January I will have enough gfcg things in his diet to completely remove all other things and God willing, he will begin to imporve. Please feel free to email me since it seems liek we are starting from the same place Triss (triss67@...)
