Vitamin A - How Much is Too Much?

I was reading an article about Omega 3 Fatty Acids and it said to

avoid cod liver oil because it was high in Vitamin A and Vitamin A

can be toxic at high levels. My 3 year old son has been taking cod

liver oil and Super Nu-Thera with Vitamin A (both provided by his DAN

doctor) for 3 months. I called Kirkman Labs to see if this was a

problem and the representative there told me he should be taking the

Super Nu-Thera without Vitamins A and D if he is taking cod liver

oil. I called my son's DAN doctor and, of course, he didn't call me

back. Has anyone else had a similar experience with double dosing

Vitamin A? My son seems fine, but I worry.
