Does he like spicy food? My mother puts salsa on her potatoes (she is

diabetic) and I have used Raspberry Chipotle Salsa on my son's meats and

rice, as he loves spicy foods.

When it comes to seasonings, he pretty much eats anything. His only

limitation is he doesn't like things too crunchy. I am a bit

hesitant to give him too spicy foods because I feel his gut is

fragile. I guess when I read about the whole issue of leaky gut, I

feel I have to give him bland food or it won't heal. Am I wrong?

Can he handle it?

Hi ,

I'm not sure if this helps you but I put flax oil on my son's

potato and rice. I tell him it's a type of melted butter. Good

Luck...
