I just found out (from a web site) that Canola actually is made from

rape seed. The name Canad comes from Canada oil. The article I found

said Canola oil or rape seed oil is hazardous to your health. There

are different opinions about everything, isn't there.

But, I think I will continue with the rape seed oil because it has

the necessary fat acids (such as omega 3), and use olive oil on the

pasta because it's always available. Here in Italy (where we live

right now) they use a lot of sunflower oil.

I also need to find the italian or swedish word for pinto beans, or

just find a substitute, I guess most beans are nutritious.
