go to www.gfcfdiet.com

There is a complete food listing (and non food items). You get in

where it says: " site map, enter here " . Then you click on " site map "

(at top of screen), et voila` you're in. You'll find lots of things

like food and candy and detergents and soaps, etc. They also have a

printable list in three parts for just food items and basic

ingredients and such. Check it out.

I think we also have a list here. I do not remember how we did it,

but we recently started one here, I think you go in into " database

(the yellow box at the left of screen). then you have to follow

directions.
