Dr Rabkin insurance claims.

Dr Rabkin's policy is for the patient to pay the surgury upfront, and

then he reimburses you when the insurance company pays him.

I had my DS on Nov 13, and as of Dec 14, Dr Rabkin's office has not

submitted the claim to the insurance company. I used my credit card

to pay him and the interest is a lot of money. Has anyone else had

this problem with him?
