The orthotist hasn't contacted me yet to let me know if he was able to work it

out. He said he will notify me as soon as they make it work.

I asked him about this and he said they are running into some problems

with trying to make it work without infringing on 's Patent.

Whatever that means. But they are still figuring it out.
