Guest guest
Hi, Well I am definetly on the side of no cross contamination in our food. The book " Special Diets for Special Kids " evens mentions how even a little is too much. Many parents have even mentioned how when eliminating the soaps and shampoos, etc. that have G in them that their children improved so much more. I don't worry about how my son may seem different eating his special foods, cause I know he would be even MORE different if I didn't stick to this diet as strictly as I do. I have subs for everything. If school has a Happy Meal party I make LJ his own Happy Meal in clean wrappers that McD's supplies to me. I duplicate meals for any party. We went to the zoo with our own food, we didn't have to wait on the long food lines. To me cross contamination is a VERY important issue. LJ had done excellent and I am not willing to challenge it.
