> Hi Marcy,

The easiest way to get around in Chicago is to take the train. The

blue line is right behind the hotel within walking distance (the stop

is Cumberland I believe). To get to Navy Pier, you will need to take

the Blue Line East to Washington & transfer to the Red Line going

North to . Exit at Grand Avenue. To get to Wrigley Field, I

think you also take the Blue Line East to Washington, transfer to the

Red Line going North & exit at Addison. Other things that may be of

interest for you to see in Chicago are the Lincoln Park Zoo, the

Sears Tower, the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, Buckingham

Fountain, the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, the Museum of Science

& Industry, Chinatown, and the Adler Planetarium just to name a few.

There is plenty to see and do in Chicago.

With all this being said, I have a question for everyone. Each year

at the convention we have set aside a few days for sightseeing in

Chicago. We always take the train & occasionally a bus. With the

terror alert being raised to orange today for transit systems, I am a

little hesitant to use a mass transit system, especially in a major

city like Chicago. I'm not trying to scare anyone, but I'd like to

know what everyone else thinks of using the CTA to get around at this

point. I'm not too thrilled about flying there either, even though I

know they didn't raise the terror alert for flights. My heart goes

out to anyone who lives in London or has family/friends there.

Hi ,

I always put Emerence in a car seat on the plane but not on the

shuttle. Last year due to our illustrious President shutting down

Ohare we got in at 2 am and the shuttle was working but far behind

because of the mess at the airport.

Is your hair darker than in was the in the Train pic you

sent????

LEEANN is ADORABLE! Look at her curls too! :)
