Guest guest Posted August 6, 2005 Report Share Posted August 6, 2005 Thanks, Tonya! I finally mustered up the courage to put aside the needle shield and give him a shot without it again. It worked - it didn't hurt! I also did the inside of the leg this time. I think it was less the needle hurting him than my pressure to make sure that shield was fully compressed for 6 seconds.
