Guest guest
I am sure I read this, but my mind is in a muddle tonight. I notice on my religious objection form that it only applies to my state. Does that mean that when we travel out of state, we have no rights and a dr. could give our child an immunization? Janelle PS. Has anyone heard of a neg. neurological rxn to the Chicken Pox Vaccination?

It depends on your state of RESIDENCE/DOMICILE, not your state of PRESENCE. So if you are just traveling, then that state would have no rights over your child's immunization status, unless you were trying to enroll him in school in that state, or obtain that state's financial assistance in some way. This does not apply to travel outside the country. > Janelle > > PS.
