Guest guest
If these numbers are right his plagio was mild and i'm surprised he was banded. I will say that the numbers don't say everything and each baby looks different. However I haven't heard of anyone banding at 4.26 mm of asymmetry. My daughter had brachy (flat in back, which is measured by the cephalic index). You child had mild plagio, and from what you say is now in the normal range. -christine sydney, 5 yrs, starband grad > > My 6 month old son has been wearing a star band helmet for 1 month now. I never really thought he needed it but my husband really wanted him to wear the helmet because it looked like he had a slight case of plagiocephaly so I decided to do it. These are my son's measurements after the last scan > > Cephalic Ratio: 82% (started at 83%) > RSI: 0 mm (started at 0 mm) > Cranial Vault Asymmetry Index; 1.43 (started at 4.26) > Ear Shift: 20mm (started at 6mm) > > There are a bunch of other numbers here. Am I supposed to be looking at something else? What do these numbers mean? >
