Guest guest
Mike sort of did phrase it that way to his boss though (not the lady who handles insurance). His boss asked where they dropped the ball, and Mike said that they didn't notify us. A long time ago, we had a case manager for . We haven't had one for awhile, but the person who does referrals & authorizations in the pediatrician's office is wonderful, and she kind of acts like a case manager for us. At least now I can give her a bit of a break (except for the DME equipment - as I have to switch companies). Also, I have been dealing with one particular person at the insurance company to help me get through things, and she has been helpful. I only spent about 5 hours on the phone with her! Kim C.
