Guest guest
Hi , My daughter Emma had just turned 4 yrs when Dr. Morcuende performed the ATTT in Nov 2003. It took her about 10 days before she was walking normally and another 10 before she was back to normal. About 2 weeks after Emma started walking again she would experience pain on active days which is normal. Not all children respond the same way-- we were told that the older children take a little longer to regain their mobility. Drs. Ponseti & Morcuende didn't recommend any specific type of shoe. I'm on/off of this group so I missed 's previous history and hope you don't mind asnwering a few questions. How was her relapse initially diagnosed? Did she receive any casting prior to the ATTT? How is her dorsiflexion? Feel free to ask more questions. Dan
