You can use parchment paper the same as the slip mats, of course it's not

re-usable. I roll my out on it, cut them on it, and put the parchment paper

with cookies right on the cookie sheet to bake them. Crackers too.

Really!! I never knew that. For one who hates to clean this would

be wonderful. The parchment paper does not melt or burn? I will

have to try this. Then I will really feel like Martha .

I am out of stock of parchment paper at my web store,

but I saw this at Walmart last time I was there. It

was on the very bottom shelf with the Ziplocs and foil

and stuff.

No, not the same. I got it at Wal-Mart with the plastic wrap and aluminum

foils. You can spray an oil on it, if sticking is a concern.
