We have UHC (EPO, not prime) and they've covered the shoes &

bar each time. The orthotics dept. at the hospital where Lily is treated

always

takes care of the billing, though. I'm not sure what their secret is. I know

there are parents in this group who know what the proper insurance codes

are for the FAB, so I'm sure one of them will chime in.

We have UnitedHealthcare Select Plus POS, and have never had trouble

getting our Dobbs Brace covered. We just got pre-approved for the

second brace this week. Be persistant with your insurance company.

If you make enough noise they will eventually cover it.
