Guest guest
We have UHC (EPO, not prime) and they've covered the shoes & bar each time. The orthotics dept. at the hospital where Lily is treated always takes care of the billing, though. I'm not sure what their secret is. I know there are parents in this group who know what the proper insurance codes are for the FAB, so I'm sure one of them will chime in. I have UHC Prime and am being told that they do not cover it at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Guest guest
, We have UnitedHealthcare Select Plus POS, and have never had trouble getting our Dobbs Brace covered. We just got pre-approved for the second brace this week. Be persistant with your insurance company. If you make enough noise they will eventually cover it.
