Guest guest
Thank you so much all for your thoughts and prayers. They are working! Grant spent the night in the PICU. After the initial coming out of anesthesia stuff, he finally settled down very nicely, and he even slept through the night. He nursed very well this morning, had a CT and a shunt series, and grinned like a maniac at all the nurses who crossed his path. He's quite a delight. We were transferred to another floor, and he's been resting well and eating well. It appears we might be going home tomorrow. His ventricles were smaller, so it looks like his shunt his back to working. Thank you. Guest guest
Joy, I didn't get a chance to reply to you earlier but you guys have definitely been in my prayers. I'm so glad to hear that Grant has maintained his smiley disposition through all of this. Yay! for going home tomorrow. Keep us posted and give that boy a big hug for us. > > Thank you so much all for your thoughts and prayers. They are working! Grant > spent the night in the PICU.
