Gosh. I'm so sorry you were hurt and upset by someone in this group. I

just ignore messages like the one you described in your message. The

information is so important to me, I guess I'm willing to overlook the ugly

things that happen here. But, I have to say that for the most part,

considering the number of folks in this group, the uglies are few and far

between. Most seem to be so caring and supportive. This group has been so

instrumental in helping me decide on a DS rather than a distal or proximal

RNY. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't leave the group because of a

few. This is a great group. Perhaps the moderator can do something about

the folks that abuse their priviledge to be a part of this group.

Hate to lose you, Elle, but you might want to look at:

In the meantime, please do not drop off this list until you are sure

that you feel more at home on another list. I subscribe to all three

plus two DS_PostOpFriends and DS_PostOp_Problems. No harm in

belonging to several lists.

probably lose my internet connection tonight due to circumstances
