Guest guest
Best Wishes for a speedy recovery and ! Try to get yourself some rest too when you can. s. Re: Garrison and FAB Hey, Kori & ee, Kori - you may remember that Lily was new to the P/Ms at about the same time Darbi was. She was 3 months old & did get red marks in about the same place as Darbi's (worse on her non-cf). But the red marks didn't get worse & eventually went away, so they may have been caused by something other than the heel counter. Anyway, hope Garrison's marks are better today & you can pinpoint the cause, ee. Kim Lily, 3/28/05, lcf, P/M FAB, 16 hours frogabog wrote: mmmmm.... I'm not liking that. He's too little for the counter to be rubbing according to *history* of babes having red spots on heels. It isn't something I'd expect till size 3 or bigger. Let us know how it is tomorrow. If it's worse... well... call . Plus, your shoes are too small anyway. He needs to send you a bigger pair. ask him to send you a sock to mold, he should have them by now (new casting sock, I tried it and it's very cool but make sure you get an infant size). so where is the spot? is it above or under that *ledge* in the heel? (the crease) see if you can lie him into the shoe with it open and his foot plantar flexed. Push it back and into the heel pocket and then buckle the middle strap. Then dorsiflex hard and shove to see if it'll go in any further. Tighten more?? if you can get it deeper into the pocket and get that counter to press high up above the crease maybe that will help? got any pics?
