Guest guest
I contacted Glutino to make sure that their new Corn Bread Premium is not only CF (some of the ingredients could have been milk-derived, and I wanted to make sure they weren't) but MILK-FREE. This is their response. I am thrilled! Corn Bread Premium: water, corn starch, tapioca starch, safflower oil, non refined sugar, powdered egg whites, yeast, guar gum, glucono-delta-lactone, pectin, sodium bicorbonate, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium propionate, vitamins. Vivace, 26yo w/Asperger's Syndrome, Dysthymia, and PTS Mother of , 6yo w/Autism and heaven knows what else Hi , I just spoke with the nutrition department. She assured me that the new bread contained no form of casein or milk. Our factory is 100% GF, and when GFCF products are in production, the machines are cleaned following the guidelines of the safety standards department. We also test our products regularly. Hope this helps. Best, Lori
Guest guest
<< new Corn Bread Premium>> I have tried it and it's great toasted. The first bread my kids and I will actually eat! Yahoo! Right out of the package I thought it was a bit dry but once you toast it, it gives a little when you bite into it. Great taste!
