Guest guest
The best thing for a sugar sub would be clover honey, also avoid vinager,it's in lot's of condiments like ketchup mustard dressings, anything fermented is yeast causing like dried fruits raisins concentrated fruit juice, agood book to read would be " Feast without Yeast " it gives you a way to part with yeast in stages good luck we just started this ourselves! Guest guest
Hi all, Alyssa has a dr. appt. in the morning. I am going to have them check for yeast. Should I request both a urine and stool test? Also, if she does test positive for a yeast problem what all do you have to avoid? I know the obvious... yeast. I have also seen ya'll mention sugar. Does this mean no sugar ever? Do you just use the sugar subs like the ultimate sweetener and such or what? Does this mean she couldn't have juice, fresh and dried fruit, etc.? Thanks, April
