Guest guest
We all wonder what our children are going to eat day-to-day. We just happen to be sitting down to dinner now and I thought of some foods that my RSS boy loves to eat and wanted to share them with everyone. 1. A slice of genoa salami spread with cream cheese, rolled up lengthwise and then cut into bite size peices. (we eat this for lunch alot) 2. Bite size peices of steak or chicken and Marie's Ceasar Dressing as dip. The fat in the dressing has been great for my thighs. 3. Instead of whole milk - we drink heavy whipping cream. No, not really " we " - only Ian. Of course, these ideas may have to be approved by your physician and/or nutritionist - but, I wanted to share them nonetheless. - Ian - 2 - RSS
