Guest guest
My 3 yo son has been GFCF for 3 months now and is doing well. He only eats around 10 foods, 2 of which are apples and bananas. As much as I hate the thought of taking any more foods away from him, I wonder if phenols could be the cause of his giddiness. He eats at least one banana a day and sometimes two or three. He's also on again off again with apples, but seems to be eating them more and more. He doesn't have any noticable reaction (red ears), but he does get into a frenzy (running and laughing) sometime during every day. My questions is--if I eliminate apples and bananas from his diet, how long will it take see if there is any effect? Dawn in Denver
