We haven't made it personally but my wife and son bake other cookies using those two ingredients which come out nice and crisp. Plus this recipe calls for chilling before rolling which probably helps alot in holding its shape. They also contributed their sugar cookie recipe and several others to the site. The only advice I'd give is that we bought a ten pound order the first time but a 25 pound order more recently and for our needs it's going to be worth the convenience in the future to stick to the 10 pound orders. They cost just a little more that way per pound but we've got this big bucket of sorghum flour sitting in our kitchen floor now . If you have a chest freezer though and enough containers then I'd go with the bigger order and freeze what you're not using.
