Went to the doctor today, and he said I don't need surgery! Apparently

had the metatarsals broken downwards, then I would, but they fractured

in a sideways position - so they should heal back together. There's a

small chance for needing surgery after they heal, but he said it's

really small. So, I'm much relieved.

Small world side note: I called after hours to talk to the on call

ortho because my foot is now causing so much pain, and the ortho that

called back is the doctor that guided my parents about treatment when I

was born. Small world.

Have a good holiday weekend!

Good news Jescie! I'm so glad you don't need surgery. Hope you get

to healing quickly.
