Guest guest
I, otoh, get a whopping 50% of my per-diem pay for short-term disability. Ahh, the joys of being a teacher. (Sorry...gonna have to rant a minute here...everything things that teachers are on conventional salary system, but we're not. I get paid for 181 workdays, so my per-diem looks fairly high. The joy comes when you go on any short-term disability..like for maternity...and they take away 50% of your per diem rate for every day you're out. It SUCKS.) ~alyssa duodenalswitch wrote: > Carole, I am on short-term disability right now through my employer (General Electric). I am sure policies vary from company to company and plan to plan, but, they are paying me 100% of my base salary while I am on short-term disability...
