We use plumbers tap. I just have to wrap it around the threads of the bolt

once and it seems to do the trick. I have to reapply about every 4th or 5th

time we take the bolt and bar off. Once we put the plumbers tape on there

and make it supper tight, there is no kicking off that sucker.

very likely so. The bolt should not spin at all. I'd say,

defective. Do not let them charge you for a new one!

thanks for reminding me... I need something to complain about

publicly this morning hehe...

90 day warranty.... well that's a load of *%#*@! The sole plates are

the one thing that usually goes from shoe to shoe as they go up in

size, 90 days my azzz... they really should last much longer than that.
