Guest guest
chris, have your daughter bring 4-5 bed pillows with her when she comes to get you from the hospital. then sit in the back seat and make a pillow " nest " around you. hold one over your belly while the car is moving. that will insulate you from alot of the road shocks and bumps and makes a big difference in how comfortable you will be and how you will tolerate the ride home. i had a 12 hour drive home so i know of what i speak. mary y > Thank you everyone for responding to my Q's about whether to have > someone with me in the hospital or at home for an extended period. If it's your daughter's truck, it would be a nice " thank you " gift :-) AND would last longer than a two hour drive :-) Be sure to have a pillow no matter what for the drive home! Just a thought!
