Guest guest
I think they would fit over, we always used adult size socks or sweat pants in the next size up from Walmart (they are only a few dollars a pair there). I use togo to AC s (craft store) and buy socks they always had fun ones for each season. As he got older I just used my husbands, then bought my husband a new pack. Guest guest
I used the baby legs over the casts and they were fine - they stretch pretty far. I still use them because he scratches the skin on his legs constantly. (I am not ec'ing either!) jennlinmcl39 wrote: Hi all, I've only posted a few times, but I lurk a lot and learn so much from you all! Guest guest
, They look like they would definitely fit for a little baby. Maybe not an older child in casts. Too cute! > > Hi all, > > I've only posted a few times, but I lurk a lot and learn so much from > you all! > > Just had a question...do you think these legwarmers would fit over > casts? Guest guest
Skip the pants and the legwarmers. Just dress them in long sleeve onsies and add sweaters or sweatshirts if it really cold. The casts insulate the legs anyway. Just toss on a cozy blanket if you are worried about chill. Less layers make for easier diaper changes! Old Navy always had a great assortment of long sleeve snap bottom shirts. Guest guest
One other thing that I found helpful about the leg warmers is that they helped protect the casts in the event of what we here call " poo-splosions " (because the fit snugly over the tops of the casts and also those unexpected " showers " that can occur when you are changing! As a matter of fact, they still work for both of those even though he is out of casts now. I didn't bother with pants over the leg warmers until it got colder and I was going outside. wrote: Skip the pants and the legwarmers.
