Hi,

I thought I posted something similar to this, but then I had a couple

posts that didn't go through, so hope it's not a repeat, if so,

nobody answered, so type away! (-:

We will be flying over the holidays. I plan to take a large cooler

and put our food in it. I need to keep the Applegate hotdogs,

probiotics and colostrum cold. Do you think packing them in an

insulated bag-previously used to store breast milk!-with some ice

packs would be sufficient? I don't want to not take them(probiotics)

and have her off them for a week.

I emailed our family lists of what they could buy, meals they could

make-at their request. I plan to bring everything but the kitchen

sink and do like you do, -cook her own meals myself from my own

supplies. I am preparing for the onslaught of family(whom we only see

once or twice a yr)saying we are " harming " our baby girl by feeding

her such a " limited " diet. And God fobid they ever see me adding all

of her supps to her juice.

Anyway, just any advice on travel. What to pack that I might not

think of. Some things on my list are: darifree, pancake, muffin

mixes, premade cookies, muffins,GFCF toiletries, GFCF laundry

detergent. Do you think I need to bring and wash her dishes by hand

so they aren't in the diswasher with g and c?

I can just see them now. They will think my dh and I have gone off

the deep end. It's been 8mos since we've seen them and they really

have no clue what we are doing even though I try to email and inform

them. One thing I am grateful for is my dh (chem engineer) who thinks

in black and white is 100% supportive of our entire family being on

the diet. I feel for those who don't have that support, bc it's hard

enough as it is. Now, I will tell you, that is about the only thing

my dh and I do agree on. LOL
