Well, It's been almost 11 years since I started driving and up until this

morning I was proud to say I NEVER had a ticket of ANY kind, not even

parking....

I got pulled over ( along with 8 other cars) for making a right on red

without coming to a complete stop first!! Not sure if the others were

stopped for the same reason or not, but I think so... If I goto traffic

school ( 4 hour class) I can pay less on the ticket and keep the points off

my license... so that is what I am going to do.

I am actually laughing about it, doesn't find $115.50 fine funny!!

My husband, too, got a traffic ticket and ignored it. He was

literally arrested while shopping with our daughter - in the parking

lot! They put handcuffs on and everything. Jenna was crying, the

police officer didn't care and they carted them both off to the police

station here in town. I don't remember how many hundreds of dollars

we had to pay, but it was a lot more than the original ticket! We

never knew there was a warrant out for . The notice came in

the mail the next day.

I do know how you feel about that ticket, though. I got my first and

only one 20 some-odd years ago. I felt so embarassed and violated!

And I was MAD!
