Need help with Medical Bracelet

I am updating Liam's bracelet because some things have changed as did our

contact info....

This is what I have, but I am afraid that the EMT's may not know to turn it

over.... But this is all I can fit. Unless anyone knows an abbreviation for

Over " ...Or any other ways to fit it all....

Also do I need " Hearing impaired " on there? If so WHERE????

Can I delete " Hypothyroid " ? or is that important??

Okay that did not come through.....So here it is again....Remember 13 spaces

and 4 lines on the front, and 19 spaces and 4 lines on back...

I believe that EMTs are trained to look on both sides of the

bracelet. Also, isn't there a number on the bracelet so they can call

a central place where they have more info? Max used to have the Medic

Alert bracelet and that's how it worked.
