To get an exclusion in the state of MO and also in

land when we lived there, you call the school

nurse who has the proper forms and you take them to

the MD to be signed. That is if your state allows a

Medical Exemption. Most states still have a religious

exemption and some still have parental exemptions. I

have always, until this year when I have a DAN doctor,

signed the religous form saying it was against my own

personal religous beliefs. Some states require you to

belong to a church that won't allow vaccines.
