Guest guest
Hi, Phyllis! We do both. I'd love to have a similar list but haven't found one either. Here are some of our favorite snacks: Hol-Grain brown rice crackers with acceptable peanut butter apple slices/carrot sticks/celery sticks with acceptable peanut butter Baked Tostitos with refried black beans (health food store) or acceptable salsa Air-popped popcorn tossed with olive oil & salt Sunflower seeds Pumpkorn (available from Miss Roben's or health food stores) Planter's Trail Mix (fruit & nut only) Pretzels from Miss Roben's Health-food store sodas Vfruit juice Soy milk with homemade gfcf cookies or gfcf brownies Hth! I do have a " Wal-Mart Only " list that is Feingold/gfcf & I could post it if you want. I like the health-food store/Miss Roben's things better, but sometimes the budget can only support so much! Guest guest
Thanks alot. I really appreciate it. As for Walmart, unfortunately we dont have any super Walmarts around but maybe I can find some of the stuff in a normal Walmart. ===== Phyllis Parmelee Visit my website: THE 100 ACRE WOOD CHILD CARE - My Brand New Website Like my website?
