Isn't this a safety hazard? What if there was a fire or other type of emergency? (teacher unconscious, kids can't get door open, neither can emergency personnel) I would not be happy if my child was in a public school classroom with a barricaded door. Maybe you should talk to the principal. ===== __________________________________________________
Guest guest
This seems totally unacceptable to me. Does your child have an aide?? Guest guest
Laurie, Thank you for your incite, sometimes I wonder how much I need to press the school system. You and have highlighted the safety issue where I could only see the lack of teaching which I didn't know how to tactfully address. Thanks to both of you I have some ideas regarding the safety issues involved. Thanks so much!
