Hi :

My older son won't eat any meat, so he eats a lot of PB & J sandwiches and

ketchup sandwiches. If you're cooking on the weekends, make extra bread

that can be easily sliced. Also:

hot dogs

balogna (I buy turkey balogna from Whole Foods)

Tinkyada rice noodles (they're great)

rice and whatever he wants to add to it

Thai kitchen instant rice noodles

gfcf pretzels and chips

fruit

eggs

hamburger (I use Bubba burgers)

french fries (Whole Foods brand)

My kids eat a lot of chips, fruit, eggs, lunchmeat for my younger son.

Your husband can quickly heat up a GFCF waffle (Vans or Lifestream) and

put some kind of nut butter on it. If you can afford it, Kinnickinick

has wonderful ready made breads, rolls, etc. and it may be worth your

while to have these in the freezer for quick heating up.

Good luck.

Hi ,

I use them for chicken and noodles, beef and noodles, I put spaghetti sauce

on them, and make chicken soup, or Ramen noodle type of dish. I've also

used them to make the Ramen noodle salad, and have made a white sauce, with

lots of margarine, and poured over them.
