Guest guest
> Hi all - > > A close friend of mine, Jeannie, had her surgery with Dr. Welker on 11/23. She was high risk and developed an infection post-op. They had to go in and do a second surgery, there was a tear in her bowel which became infected. Her kidneys are not functioning. She is in Sacred Heart hospital in Eugene, in critical condition in ICU. Please, send good thoughts, positive vibes, lotsa prayers for her to recover from these complications. Apparently, there is a bit of improvement today, but she is not out of the woods. > > I am a basket case -- she had this surgery because she wanted to get her life back like I did -- like so many of us have done. I am just sick that this happened. Thank you so much for your thoughts/prayers on her behalf. > Kris: I am so, so sorry to hear about Jeannie's experience with her second surgery... Please know that she is in my thoughts and prayers... How absolutely terrible. {{{{Kris}}}}} all the b
Guest guest
Kris G.....so sorry to hear about Jeannie......shes in our prayers and our thoughts. Often, we dont understand why these things happen. But they do......Id like to think Jeannie will pull thru and be ok.....Dr Welker does not give up easily with his patients and Im positive hes spending all the time he can at the hospital with her, even giving up his home life to see her through. Hes dedicated to his patients, that much I can tell you......take comfort in knowing hes doing the very best he can for her and beyond..... Hugs, Judie
