HELP!!! Hiccups are out of control

Well, you all knew that this was coming. I've talked about it for

awhile and, sure enough, we are in the hiccups full throttle. They

started up a bit last night, but today they are awful. Max is going

on 6 hours straight now. And it can't be just nerves because he

took a long nap and hiccuped right through the nap. I'm at wit's

end. Dr. H. is away, the GI nurse was rude to me on the phone

because he has not seen the GI since May (excuse me, but the GI did

not want me to make a follow-up appt. because Max was doing so

well), and my kid just can't stop.

I'm with all of you who are sick of the medical stuff, the

medications, the pain, all of it. I've had it. I've got to work

all day long, my son needs a doctor, Dr. H. is away, I'm about to

start my scholarship program..... And my husband is away all week.

Gee - give me a break here!

One good thing - my daughter is doing really well. I think that for

now her meds are under control and I have my sweet girl again.

If anyone has any suggestions for Max, and me, for that matter, fire

away!
